Shipping Policy
At Oceza Swimwear, every piece is made to order just for you. This helps reduce waste and overproduction while delivering high-quality, ocean-inspired gear.
Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center your order is produced in.
Estimated delivery times:
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Split Shipments
Some items are produced in different facilities, so your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping & Duties
We ship worldwide!
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not controlled or collected by Oceza Swimwear.
Shipping Delays
Because each item is made to order and shipped through third-party carriers, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
-
Weather events
-
Carrier delays
-
High holiday demand
-
Customs processing
For this reason, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates and do not offer refunds for shipping delays.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it goes unclaimed:
Unclaimed items are donated after 30 days and are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We may ask you to:
Once confirmed, we’ll replace your order at no additional cost.
Delivered but Not Received
If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we have no way to verify the claim that it wasn’t received. Because of this, we’re unable to cover reshipping or refunding the order. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package:
-
Check around their property – Sometimes packages are left in unexpected places like porches, back doors, or behind furniture.
-
Ask others at the delivery address – A neighbor, housemate, or front desk may have accepted the package.
-
Contact the last-mile carrier directly – The carrier may be able to provide more detailed delivery information (e.g., “left under the bench near the garage”).
Submit a claim with the carrier explaining the issue. You may be able to recover some costs depending on the shipping service used.
